Engie appeals against refusal to permit the gas plant in Vilvoorde

On Friday, Engie Electrabel appealed against the decision of the Flemish government to refuse a permit for the Vilvoorde gas plant. The energy producer goes to the Council for licensing disputes because, according to them, the plant “meets all licensing requirements”.
