The Puerto Rico Energy Bureau (PREB) issued a resolution today denying LUMA Energy's request for a temporary electricity rate adjustment, determining that the request does not meet the requirements established by Law 57-2014 for this type of mechanism.

The provincial government reduced by more than half the rate of control and control of the provincial energy regulatory entity (ERP).
