The new academic year started at Linköping University last week. Although Linköping is one of the municipalities that will have good access to student housing this year, Finnish-Swedish Ellen Karlsson was homeless when her studies began. According to her, the biggest challenge in the search for housing has been the lack of a Swedish personal identity number and bank ID.
