Former non-voters in Saxony-Anhalt are responsible for the biggest increase in the vote of the AfD. At the same time, the CDU loses many voters to them. However, the AfD voters must also vote against a party.

Many non-voters voted this time - and 157,000 of them the AfD. The left party won 15,000 voters from the camp of non-voters.
