The Liberal Party of Quebec (PLQ)'s electoral promises under Charles Milliard total $11.9 billion, which it intends to finance through an improvement in the efficiency of the state, by reducing government interventionism in economic matters and with additional revenues from, among other things, federal transfers.
Charles Milliard's party would cancel the welcome tax and QST measures at the grocery store.
On this 18th day of the election campaign, Charles Milliard's Liberal Party will present its financial framework Sunday morning in Quebec City.
Liberal promises are valued at $12 billion.
