"Nevertheless, if 4,500 fines worth around 450,000 euros were written in one month, it is justified to ask what the city government did in the same period to offer citizens an alternative: how many new parking spaces have been provided, where new parking lots and garages are planned and when citizens can expect their construction," said Đuranović.
