A 62-year-old driver had bloodshot, “overly tired” eyes and smelled of alcohol after striking and killing a woman retrieving mail along a Lebanon County road last year, court documents said.Michael E. Zimmerman, of Harrisburg, also admitted to drinking two IPAs before he drifted off Route 22 and crashed into Jill Staub on Aug. 22, 2023, near Racehorse Drive in East Hanover Township, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
