Drc: Dr Denis Mukwege's Patients Want a "Mukwege Day"

In the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Dr. Denis Mukwege is honoured, in his absence, by the celebration of the first "Mukwege Day" on Tuesday, 3 March by his foundation and hospital in Panzi, South Kivu. Survivors of sexual violence treated by the Nobel Peace Prize want the day of 1 March, its anniversary date, to be recognized by the international community to pay tribute to his journey.
