Two Stabbed at Day Rave at Birmingham's Luna Springs Events Venue
Police said both victims were taken to hospital and their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening, while no arrests have been made.
- On Saturday, May 9, two men were stabbed at the Cru2: The Birmingham Shutdown event at Luna Springs in Digbeth. West Midlands Police were called to Lower Trinity Street at approximately 7pm.
- Music stopped abruptly midway through the nine-hour outdoor rave after the stabbing occurred. A screen behind the DJ booth displayed a message: "Can everyone please leave the venue via the nearest exit."
- Police confirmed both victims' injuries are "not believed to be life-threatening." Officers remain at the scene while an investigation takes place to understand what happened and find those responsible.
