The Council of State's ruling to allow six third-country nationals who fled from Ukraine to remain in shelter in the Netherlands is not generic, reports Dordrecht mayor Wouter Kolff's spokesperson. That municipality started expelling third-country nationals from municipal reception locations on Tuesday.
