Dominion finally gets approval for large-scale smart meter rollout - Virginia Mercury

As of the end of November, it had deployed 1.2 million within the Virginia system. Dominion has been vying for SCC approval of its plans to deploy smart meters across its entire Virginia territory since the General Assembly approved the Grid Transformation and Security Act in 2018.
