Dilworth City Council votes to offer Chief position to Acting Police Chief

DILWORTH, Minn. (KVRR) — Dilworth has chosen a new police chief. The city council voted Monday night to offer the position to Acting Police Chief Hunter Rawson. Last month, the council offered the spot to Milwaukee Police Lieutenant Justin Carloni but he declined the offer. The process to find a new chief cost the city $25,000 to do a nationwide search. Mayor Chad Olson says he’s a firm believer in the process and says it was a sound investment.…
