Several railway companies complain to the Federal Network Agency via DB InfraGo. The infrastructure company often announces construction sites too short-term. The railway itself can allegedly do nothing about it. Nevertheless, it has to pay a penalty of millions.
The Deutsche Bahn is building what keeps the stuff. However, it doesn't follow up to announce these construction sites in time. This emerges from an internal presentation of the DB Infrago, which is available to the ́Süddeutsche Zeitung ́.
Deutsche Bahn currently only informs other railway companies about construction projects on time in 39 percent of cases.
