- Arnold turned himself in on June 24 in connection with a February 2026 kidnapping and robbery incident in the Tampa area. Prosecutors allege he orchestrated the abduction and beating of three men after suspecting them of stealing $100,000 in cash and luxury goods.
- "You never want to let go of a player, especially somebody that you've been around for a while," Campbell said Wednesday ahead of practice. Describing the move as "unfortunate," he insisted it was the decision best for the franchise.
- Arnold's absence leaves the No. 1 cornerback spot opposite D.J. Reed open for competition. Veterans Rock Ya-Sin and Ennis Rakestraw Jr. will battle for the starting role throughout training camp.
