The new municipal building of Het Hogeland in Winsum will feature a twenty-meter-high observation tower as an eye-catcher, if architect Thomas Rau has his way. On Thursday, he presented his design for the future municipal building. Sustainability has also been taken into account: the building must be easy to dismantle and rebuild elsewhere.
