Police discovered a man dead inside a Queens apartment building on Saturday. Cops were called to the scene around 1:39 p.m. at Woodward Ave. and Bleecker St. in Ridgewood, where the 54-year-old man was found unresponsive with an unknown powder nearby, cops said.
