In order to overcome the "blockages" placed on the recognition of minority languages, deputies Peio Dufau and Paul Molac presented a bill this Tuesday that proposes to amend Articles 2 and 34 of the French Constitution. They aim to have it debated before the end of the year, and in the meantime, they have begun work to obtain the broadest possible support.
