Denver could change the way it defines noise

Summary by Ground News
The Denver Department of Public Health and Environment has proposed several changes to the city's noise ordinance. The department first unveiled the proposals in mid-February. The proposed changes have not been introduced to the Denver City Council as of March 27 and could be different if and when they pass. One big proposal is a ban on compression engine brakes entirely.
