BELGRADE / HOCHFILZEN. The Biathlon World Championships will be held in Hochfilzen for the fourth time in 2028. This was decided by the Congress of the International Biathlon Union (IBU) on Saturday in Belgrade.
After 1978, 2005 and 2017, Hochfilzen will be allowed to host the fourth Biathlon World Championship in 2028. The jubilation of the Pillerseetal delegation at the award ceremony on Saturday afternoon in Belgrade was accordingly great.
The World Cycling Championships will take place in Denmark in 2029, in a city yet to be determined, and then in Brussels in 2030, the International Cycling Union (UCI) announced this Saturday.
