Demolition set to begin on Easton’s Beach carousel, snack bar buildings

NEWPORT, R.I. (WPRI) — Demolition will soon be underway on the carousel building and snack bar at Easton's Beach in Newport. The snack bar and carousel buildings were deemed structurally deficient after engineers discovered rotted steel underneath them.
