Defendant in separate Pulaski County cases of murder, assault seeks to exclude evidence | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

Joseph Paul Walker of Sherwood faces charges of capital murder and attempted capital murder in separate cases. He's scheduled to stand trial in the murder case on Oct. 6. But Walker's lawyers are arguing that police in neither Sherwood nor Little Rock got the proper search warrant permissions, and that much of the evidence gathered by authorities should be barred from trial.
