Deer Park business owner frustrated by illegal tire dumping

DEER PARK, Wash. – A local business owner expressed frustration after more than a dozen tires were dumped along a road near his property. The tires have since been removed by Stevens County, but the question remains: who is responsible for the dumping? The tires were scattered along a road stretching more than a mile.
