The listed Danish company FLSmidth, which primarily works in the mining industry, said in a stock exchange announcement that it has "identified information indicating that certain draft pre-contractual tender documents have been provided to individuals in Russia in connection with a limited number of potential projects in Kazakhstan," writes Finans. This would constitute a breach of Western sanctions against Russia.

The Danish giant has notified relevant authorities of possible violations of the sanctions.
