Public Service Announcement The Ellis County Public Works Road & Bridge division is announcing that a culvert repair project will be taking place in the 2100 block of 140th Avenue. This area will be closed to traffic beginning at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, December 4th, and willremain closed until the project is completed.
