Oemis Romagoza Durruthy, a Cuban salsa coach living in Russia, allegedly recruited people through social media for sabotage operations organized by the Russian military intelligence agency GRU, an international investigation by journalists from LRT, Deutsche Welle, and the Czech Public Broadcasting Service has revealed.
A Cuban dance instructor coordinated a series of sabotage operations in at least four EU states in 2024, under the coordination of Russian information services.
