Judge Tatiana Avasiloaie returns to Chisinau County, Central Headquarters, as of October 15, 2026. The decision was taken by the Plenary Council of the Magistracy (CSM), after the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office issued an order to remove the magistrate under criminal prosecution in the illegal enrichment file.
