Cramped truck, no food or water: 25 cattle being taken to Keralam for slaughter rescued

On Saturday, police and animal welfare activists rescued 25 cattle from a cramped truck near Maraimalai Nagar. The animals were being transported to Keralam for slaughter without appropriate documentation or care. Activist Sai Vignesh observed the cramped conditions and notified the authorities about the situation. After the police raided the truck, the cattle were sent to a government goshala for urgent care.
