The Criminal Chamber of the Provincial Court of Justice of Imbabura will rule on the appeal filed by the President of the National Confederation of Indigenous and Black Organizations (Fenocin), Guido Perugachi, to the decision of Judge Raquel Maza, who denied that her case for alleged suspension of public services would be dealt with through indigenous justice.
