A 28-year-old woman and a 31-year-old man had to be rescued by the Großglockner on Sunday evening. The fact that people are so late is not an isolated case, says Bergretter Peter Tembler.

31-year-old and 28-year-old left the Lucknerhaus for the summit of the Glockner. Despite medical problems of the woman, the two had not stopped the ascent.

On the ascent, the medical problems of a 28-year-old deteriorated. Nevertheless, the couple marched to the summit. Then the emergency call followed.

Happy end after a dramatic tour: On Sunday evening a couple had to be rescued just below the Großglockner summit by ambulance helicopter. Despite health problems and extreme exhaustion, the two had fought through to the summit.

MATREI/OSTIROL. A 28-year-old and a 31-year-old, who had set out Sunday morning towards the summit of the Groglockner, had to be rescued due to medical problems.
