Couple found with 'steak and shrimp dinner combo' after stealing from Upstate store, police say

The Pickens Police Department said officers got the call on Mar. 19 about the couple shoplifting from an Ingles grocery store. They said officers found more than 50 pounds of steak, shrimp and beef jerky stolen from the store. Officers said they also found a handgun and more "expensive food items" believed to have been stolen from a Food Lion earlier in the day.
