Couche-Tard Cuts Ribbon on New Distribution Center in Otsego to support Holiday, Circle K Stores in Twin Cities and Upper Midwest

On Nov. 18, 2025 Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. opened a 266,000-square-foot distribution center in Otsego, Minnesota.
The Otsego Distribution Center is the first of three new centers, supporting approximately 1,600 stores across 14 states, with two more opening in Hazelwood and Lockbourne, to support about 3,200 stores overall.
The Otsego distribution center, operated by Couche-Tard, supports nearly 500 Holiday Station and Circle K stores with snacks, beverages, and prepared foods, as Trey Powell said, `This facility is a key part of our effort to build world-class distribution capabilities that support our stores and deliver a more consistent and rewarding experience for our customers`.
The Otsego DC will support nearly 500 Holiday Station and Circle K locations throughout the Twin Cities and the Upper Midwest, while two additional DCs will open in Hazelwood, Missouri, and Lockbourne, Ohio.
Couche-Tard operates in close to 17,300 stores, including approximately 13,200 offering road transportation fuel, supported by existing DCs in Texas, Arizona, and Quebec.
