A man in his 30s was killed and another injured after an Interstate 83 crash early Friday morning in York County, officials said. The single vehicle crash happened at 2:15 a.m. at mile marker 34 in the southbound lanes in Newberry Township when a vehicle barelled through the gate of a weigh station, according to PennDOT.
