A new 11,200 square meter retail park is being built in Łańcut. The project, located on Przemysłowa Street and Provincial Road 877, is being developed by Refield for local entrepreneur Bispol Invest. Tenants include Lidl, CCC, Rossmann, Action, Martes Sport, Sinsay, Tedi, Smyk, and Hebe. The facility is scheduled to open in September 2027.
We are convinced that Pasaż Łańcucki will become a convenient and attractive shopping destination and an important commercial point for residents of the entire region, comments Fabian Eryk Barbarowicz, President of the Management Board of Refield.
In Łańcut, the construction of a shopping park with an area of 11.2 thousand sq m has begun. Lidl is already under construction and 90% of the facility has tenants. The opening is scheduled for September 2027.
