Congressional report says Otero County was taken in by 'grifters' spreading election misinformation

Summary by Ground News
Otero County Commissioners contracted EchoMail and its partner New Mexico Audit Force earlier this year to conduct an audit of the election results. The Commission ended its relationship with EchoMail after the U.S. House Committee on Oversight and Reform launched an investigation into the $49,750 contract. The New Mexico Secretary of State's Office said the report was full of "smoke and mirrors," containing no evidence of fraud in the local election.
