Police officers in Chrudimsk dealt with the unusual behavior of a driver who did nothing from their prohibitions and in a single afternoon immediately got behind the wheel drunk several times. Nor did he get stopped by a confiscated licence and a ban on further driving. However, the alcohol level did not fall below two per cent. After his last ride, he ended up in a police cell.
