The developers of 432 Park Avenue, a luxury New York skyscraper where Jennifer Lopez is said to have an apartment, are facing a lawsuit for “extensive fraud.” Residents are complaining that significant defects, including “thousands of serious cracks,” were concealed in the building’s facade.
The owners of apartments in a luxury New York apartment building sued the developers in April for a series of construction defects that they discovered in the building. They accuse them of "far-reaching fraud". This is not the first lawsuit concerning the building. The latest complaint shows that the skyscraper has, among other things, many cracks.
