Concerns mount over how San Jose is addressing homeless

The city of San Jose has until the Fall to come up with a plan on how it will address homelessness, and begin publicly reporting how its spending its money to do so. It comes after the California State Auditor published a report, finding that the state spent billions of dollars on homelessness, without tracking where the money was going.
