Collision causes traffic slowdown on Vernon highway

Traffic in Vernon is congested near a busy intersection following a two-vehicle incident shortly before 5 p.m. at Highway 6 and Kalamalka Lake Road. A reporter at the scene said eastbound traffic is a “slow go,” with single-lane traffic moving in that direction. The traffic is backed up to Polson Park and 25th Avenue. Vehicles are also back up down Kal Lake Road.
