Motorists will have to adapt for more than nine months. As of November 16, the closure of the Saint-Cloud tunnel on the A13 will result in disruptions, to which the government intends to respond with several measures.
The Saint-Cloud tunnel, on the A13, will close in the direction of Paris-province from 16 November 2026 to 31 August 2027. The government has detailed, Thursday 5 November, the measures planned for motorists. In front of very concerned motorists and mayors, the government presented a series of measures to relieve the 80,000 users who will have to cope with the closure of the A13.
After the A14, the elected Yvelines also asked for the free Duplex de l'A86 during the closing of the A13 in the direction of Paris-province from 16 November 2026.
From the 16th of November, the A13 motorway will be closed in the direction of Paris towards the province until the end of the summer of 2027. The Minister of Transport warns that this hazard should greatly complicate traffic in the region for eight months and is already preparing the "less bad" solutions.
