Civil Air Patrol raises new flag in Carlin

CARLIN — Civil Air Patrol cadets gazed upwards with excitement on Feb. 16 as a crisp new 30-foot by 60-foot flag rose into the sky. It was a windy morning and the flag flowed majestically in the gusts.
