Due to “severe drought conditions,” Stage 3 water restrictions will come into effect on Friday, Aug. 7. In an announcement on the City of Salmon Arm website, outdoor sprinklers and soaker hoses for watering lawns and landscaping are limited to one day a week, and for just two hours.
