May 13, 2025 2:50 a.m. The Salvation Army in Roseburg has announced that it has received $30,000 as part of CoBank’s “Sharing Success” matching grant program – $15,000 from CoBank and $15,000 from Douglas Electric Cooperative, including the nomination from the cooperative.
