Citi Trends: Fiscal Q2 Earnings Snapshot
SelectQuote said its Healthcare Services unit drove cash flow gains and it expects operating cash flow to top $60 million in fiscal 2027.
SelectQuote reported fiscal 2026 revenue of $1.62 billion, up 6% year over year, with adjusted EBITDA reaching $109 million and exceeding guidance. CEO Tim Danker noted the company made significant progress on financial performance.
Healthcare Services emerged as the largest revenue contributor, achieving $25 million in adjusted EBITDA and exiting fiscal 2026 at a $50 million annual run rate. The Olathe, Kansas facility is already recognizing 30% efficiency gains on pharmacy operations.
Operating cash flow improved by $44 million year over year, reflecting disciplined cost management. Danker noted this progress stems from streamlining agent workflows using AI-powered tools and scaling the pharmacy management system to reduce manual labor.
For fiscal 2027, SelectQuote anticipates revenue between $1.35 billion and $1.45 billion, representing a 14% decline at the midpoint. CFO Ryan Clement expects to approximately double operating cash flow to over $60 million while generating nearly $50 million in free cash flow.
The company remains focused on driving profitable cash flow to reduce leverage and improve shareholder value. Clement plans to use this cash generation to lower its cost of capital and pursue potential refinancing opportunities in the future.
