Circle Q3 Revenue Hits $865M as Arc Goes Live, USDC Payments Grow
Circle posted 84-cent adjusted earnings per share and $865 million in revenue, while USDC onchain transaction volume climbed to $13.9 trillion.
On Wednesday, Circle Internet Group reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $865 million, a 17% year-over-year increase that beat analyst estimates of $778 million by more than 11%. Net income rose 5% to $226 million.
Growth was driven by USDC onchain transaction volume, which climbed 49% to $13.9 trillion, while the private presale of ARC tokens contributed $182 million to revenue. Reserve income fell 8% to $658 million.
CEO Jeremy Allaire said Circle launched Arc with "more than 100 institutional and ecosystem builders" providing infrastructure for new financial applications. Binance invested $100 million in the stablecoin issuer during the quarter.
Separately, Circle reaffirmed its agreement to acquire Singapore-based cross-border payment provider Tazapay for approximately $400 million in shares. The company disclosed a 5% workforce reduction, recording $9.15 million in restructuring expenses.
Circle expects to close the Tazapay acquisition in 2027, subject to regulatory approval, while planning to transition toward a proof-of-stake system the same year. These moves position the company to expand stablecoin payment services globally.
Circle reported $865 million in revenue and reserve income in the third quarter. Reserve income decreased by 8 percent, while USDC trading volume increased by 49 percent, with the ARC presale contributing $182 million.
