COLUMBUS COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A Chadbourn woman was arrested Sunday after she allegedly allowed a baby to ingest cocaine. According to Columbus County Sheriff’s Office, Keyana Yolanda Moore, 30, had care, custody, and control of the baby when the baby ingested the cocaine.
