Child taken away from mother in Aude: European Court of Human Rights validates French court decision

Marine Verhoeven had appealed to the European Court of Human Rights, after she lost her last appeal in cassation in November 2019, to avoid the return of her son to Japan, to his father. On Thursday 28 March, the European institution rejected the mother of the Aude family, arguing that the French justice system had taken the right decision.
