AMERICAN FORK, Utah (KUTV) - A child sex offender who went into an elementary school dressed in costume in 2019 was sentenced today by a Utah County judge. In 2016, in a plea deal, Paul Bryant pleaded guilty to attempted aggravated sexual abuse of two children.
