Chester police probe nonfatal shooting

Chester police are investigating a shooting at Sixth and Walsh streets, when a bullet struck a man leaving a party. Police Commissioner Steven Gretsky said the 18-year-old from Upper Darby heard the shots and didn’t realize he was hit until he walked away.
