Chesky Berkowitz Opens SpecialtyRx New Pharmacy Location in Grand Prairie, Texas, Expanding Service Across the State

On Jan. 6, 2026, SpecialtyRx opened a new pharmacy in Grand Prairie, Texas, expanding its Dallas–Fort Worth footprint as co-founder Chesky Berkowitz emphasized its importance.
The roughly 15,000-square-foot facility supports SpecialtyRx's growing operations across Texas, driven by advanced technology, clinical expertise and a patient-centered approach.
The site includes a dedicated IV sterile compounding room and employs more than 30 team members, including pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
From Grand Prairie, SpecialtyRx currently serves 57 healthcare facilities and more than 3,500 patients, and the site will receive an E3 automated medication packaging system in February enabling up to 600 medication cards per hour.
