Florida Families Struggle to Buy Groceries After Losing Food Stamps

The cuts have removed more than 570,000 Floridians from the program, and food banks say they cannot replace the lost aid.

ORLANDO, Fla. — Keaidy Bennett, a single mother of three, relied on $936 a month in food stamps to buy groceries for her family — until the freelance writer was cut from the program last month.
